Weekly Prayer Items:

1. Disaster Relief in Nepal - Pray for safe access to bring relief in Jesus' name, more survivors to be found soon, and the affected families in grief.

2. Living Faith's Ohana Camp - Pray for our older and younger generations to grow in faith and loving relationships as a church. 

3. Spiritual Revival - Pray for spiritual revival that starts with ourselves, the state of Hawaii, and the nation.

4. Peace and Justice - Pray for God's peace, reconciliation, justice, and healing in the Middle East and Ukraine, and other regions torn by conflict and violence.

Announcements:

1. During the Labor Day Camp next Sunday, there will be no Living Faith worship service. HCBC will maintain a Chinese worship at 11 am, both in-person and on YouTube live stream.

2. The 50th Anniversary Committee invites you to have your picture taken for the Special Edition. Every Sunday:

September 27 to November 1

12:30 pm to 1:20 pm 

Chapel  

3. The 50th Anniversary Committee invites you to submit a 200-word testimony digitally to be included in the Special Edition. Deadline: October 18th. 

4. The 2026 SHE Retreat is still accepting registrations. Price remains at $20 with no T-shirt.

5. This week we're preparing the Sue Nishikawa Week of Prayer and Offering for Hawaii Pacific Missions. Each September, we pause to pray for and support the churches in our network — from the Hawaiian Islands to American Samoa, Guam, and Asia — as they plant new churches, equip pastors and wives, and train up the next generation of leaders.
