Weekly Prayer Items:

1. New Year Bible Reading -  Pray for individual commitment to treasure God's word by reading it regularly.

2. God's Direction - Pray for discernment to know God’s direction as we come up with ministry priorities and goals. Pray for godly wisdom as leaders negotiate with the local government about the sale of church property.

3. Return to Jesus - Pray for spiritual revival in our nation and around the world. 

4. Peace and Justice - Pray for Iran, Venezuela, and other countries that are undergoing civil unrest and potential regime change.

Announcements:

1. Bible Reading Plans: Several of you have signed up with Peter to join the "Read Through the Bible in One Year" plan. If anyone still wants to join it, please reach out to Peter.

2. The 3rd leadership meeting with Pastor Large will be held at the chapel today.

3. We will meet at the chapel for worship next Sunday, January 18th, at 9:30 am, and then participate in the church-wide Annual Meeting at 11:00 am without Sunday School.
