Prayers for the week of December 1:
1. Pray for missionaries working in hard-to-reach places, among the dispersed and displaced.
2. Pray for the church to take advantage of this season to reach out to friends and family for Christ.
3. Pray for Brandon Kim's mom who has been diagnosed with colon cancer.
4. Pray for students to concentrate on their final exams and projects.
5. Pray for travel mercy upon Kathy Lau and Cora Young.

Announcements:
1. Our Christmas Celebration will be on December 13th, 6-8 pm. Please invite your friends and family to this special Ohana Night!

2. Starting next week, we will begin collecting Lottie Moon Christmas offerings for international missions. Please prayerfully respond with your financial support. Special envelopes and prayer brochures are available at the back table.

3. Praise God that our church donated 154 Christmas shoeboxes to the less privileged children. Living Faith contributed 34 shoeboxes. Thank you for your participation!

4. Leadership meeting is next Sunday 12/8 after church. Lunch is provided.

June 7 Friday Social

  Hello!  I am looking forward to connecting with you this Friday at the social.  May I ask for your help to prepare for the event?  Before we talk about food, let's talk about people.  I would suggest that we put emphasis on college and young adults (C-YA) this month.  Pastor Philip, Johnny, and I identified a large number of C-YA within Living Faith and we want them to feel loved by our church family! Our resident C-YA include : Jenna, Joanna, Daniel, Johnson, Theresa, Michael, Christine, Alex, Henry, Vanessa, Riley, Isaac, Grace. C-YA home for summer include : Nathan, Andy, Austin, Kyle, Alissa, Caleb (June 15), Michelle (end of June), and Rachel (July 8). Other C-YA we know include : Cici, Jalen, Abigail, Crista, Alex & Daniel Z, Jason, Cindy..., etc. See, there are lots of C-YA!  Who will you personally invite to the social (besides yourself)?    Now, let's talk about food!
